Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed after 3:00 pm, and on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

• We deliver across Pakistan.
• Orders equal to and over Rs. 4,000 qualify for FREE delivery across Pakistan.
• For orders of Rs. 3,999 or less, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 390 applies nationwide.
• The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipments' progress.

Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team for assistance.

• If the package arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos), and we will work to resolve the issue.
