Sidr Honey typically has a rich amber to dark amber colour, a smooth texture and a deeper flavour than lighter honey varieties such as Acacia.
Because honey is a natural agricultural product, its colour, aroma, thickness and flavour may vary slightly from harvest to harvest. These natural variations are normal.

Does Pure Sidr Honey Crystallize?
Yes. Natural honey can crystallize over time, particularly when stored at cooler temperatures.
Crystallization is a natural physical process and does not mean the honey has become impure or spoiled.
If crystallization occurs, place the tightly closed jar in gently warm water and allow it to return gradually to your preferred consistency. Avoid boiling or microwaving the honey.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Keep the lid tightly closed and avoid introducing water or moisture into the jar.
Honey does not require refrigeration.
