Does Acacia Honey Crystallize?
Yes. Pure Acacia Honey can crystallize naturally.
Acacia Honey often remains liquid for longer than many darker honey varieties, but crystallization can still occur, especially during cooler weather.
Crystallization is a natural physical process and does not mean the honey is impure or spoiled.
If crystallization occurs, place the tightly closed jar in gently warm water and allow it to return gradually to your preferred consistency. Avoid boiling or microwaving the honey.
